Successful injunction to prevent extradition of Michael Binnington and Luke Atkinson

Kaim Todner successfully applied for an injunction to prevent the extradition of Michael Binnington and Luke Atkinson taking place this evening.

This will allow the High Court to consider the issue of whether Mr Binnington and Mr Atkinson should be allowed to serve their sentence in the UK rather than Cyprus. There will be a further hearing at the High Court on Thursday.
