High Court refuses permission in the case of Michael Binnington and Luke Atkinson

Unfortunately the High Court refused permission in the case of Michael Binnington and Luke Atkinson to allow them to serve their sentence in the UK.  This means that there are no further avenues left in the UK judicial system to pursue on their behalf. Despite the Court praising the efforts of Kaim Todner on behalf of the pair, and despite expressing sympathy with their plight, they refused to allow permission to take the case further.  We anticipate Michael and Luke will be extradited very shortly.
