Relief Refusal For Crete FiveMost disappointingly the European Court of Human Rights has refused to grant Rule 39 Interim Relief to the five boys to be extradited to Crete. Despite the fact that these boys are clearly innocent of the attack of which they are accused and despite the horrendous Greek prison conditions in which it is likely they will be held, the ECtHR has refused to prevent their extradition to Greece. The extradition will take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week. 30 July 2010 |
