Press Release with regards to Ryan Cleary

Ryan Cleary is very relieved to have been granted bail yesterday and will go home to his mum, his cats and his books. 

He was diagnosed last week at court with Aspergers Syndrome, which is a form of high functioning autism.  He will now be given the help and support he needs to deal with his condition and to direct his obvious intelligence in a more constructive way. 

The positive aspect about this case is that the British Police are investigating and appear to be accepting jurisdiction.  The case is now adjourned for a Plea and Case Management Hearing until 30^th August 2011 and Ryan will not be making any statements in the meantime.
